A small problem occurs...maybe in a relationship or within your
family...or at the office and suddenly it seems to overtake all of your
other thoughts...you focus on it, rerun it in your mind like a movie
over and over again. You talk to colleagues or a friend about it...and
somehow, ultimately, it becomes something bigger than it really is.
Here's what I recommend. Never allow small problems to immobilize you.
Don't rehash and talk to others unless absolutely necessary. Try turning
inward instead for strength and depend on yourself. Begin to develop
your own sense of self-reliance and keep things in perspective.
